Return Policy – Yuyishop

At Yuyishop, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Returns that show signs of wear, are missing packaging, or are damaged by the customer may be denied or only partially refunded.

• A valid proof of purchase (order number and receipt or packing slip) is required.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@yuyishop.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and an RMA (Return Authorization) number.

3. Pack your items securely, clearly write the RMA number on the package, and ship it to:

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Gift cards

• Final sale items

• Customized or personalized products

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact support@yuyishop.com immediately with your order details and a photo of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and issue either a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
